Sales Admin Assistant

Location  : Petaling Jaya (Permanent)                                                      
 
Responsibilities
  • Issue VPO, LOU, OTP and submit to the Principal
  • Issue Purchase Order, Inter-Department Order and Delivery Note
  • Assist in keying in OTP
  • Assist in stocks creation, prepare GRN and DMS/EDMS transfers
  • Assist in updating CBU tracking record to the Principal
  • Any other ad-hoc duties which is requires from Managers from time to time

Requirement

  • SPM qualification or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 years related working experience
  • Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have good command in English and Bahasa
  • Experience working in retail administrative is an added advantage
  • Only one vacancy available at this moment for this position
  • Willing to work extra hours during month end is an added advantage

 

 

Location  : Glenmarie (Temporary)                                                        
 
Responsibilities
  • Maintaining customer's orders and perform necessary ordering to the Principal (MBM)
  • Keeping track of the deliveries from MBM and ensuring all DNs are properly kept
  • Maintaining CV inventory list including physical locations and to update as and when
  • Liaise with relevant parties on the e-hak milik and perform subsequent K1 registration in the portal
  • Perform invoicing in the DMS system and subsequent filings
  • Preparations of payment vouchers to suppliers and keeping track in all supplier's bill 

 

Requirement

  • SPM qualification or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 years related working experience
  • Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in administrative is an advantage
  • One vacancy duration of 3 - 6 months required for this position
