Admin Assistant (After Sales)

Location : Glenmarie

 

 

Responsibilities:

  1. All invoices are generated as per SOP and Principal guidelines
  2. Daily cash collection at 100% accuracy
  3. All debts are collected within the guidelines specified by the company
  4. Ensure “Effective” grading is achieved in administration-related functions for Internal audit

 

Requirements;

  1. Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma in related field qualification
  2. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  3. Candidates without relevant academic qualification, but with extensive working experience are encouraged to apply
  4. Good command of written and spoken English & Bahasa Melayu
  5. Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  6. Meticulous and attention to details
  7. Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office applications
